I founded Czechgeeks with my partner Mila Novak 3 years ago. Our initial idea was to build a young and innovative company working on its own projects and helping other companies with software development.

I'm proud and happy that my company blue.point (soon to be rebranded as Good Sailors) was awarded as the best employer in Czech Republic that supports handicapped people. We won this award back in 2010, but this year, I'm especially happy for it. Why? Because I'm not actively working in the company for more than 3 years. Congratulations to the whole team in blue.point for supporting handicapped people for more than 10 years!
After 3 years I'm really happy to announce that Czechgeeks has the new CEO. My old friend and business partner Rudolf Cerny joined Czechgeeks some time ago and today, he is my new CEO ;-). We're growing very fast and we need to do it right. In the next 3 years, we plan to setup our office in USA and UK, so big things are coming!

Czechgeeks is one of the leading suppliers of mobile and web based applications in Czech Republic and abroad. There are company management changes planned for today. Co-founder Filip Molčan is leaving the position of CEO after three years. This position will be held by Rudolf Černý, previous CFO, whose career has been created in E.ON, Czech energetic company. Filip Molčan remains the face of Czechgeeks company and he will keep working on development of innovative projects and business.

http://mashable.com - I have a great experience with Mashable. One article about our product and 10.000 registered users in 1 day. But it's hard to get there.
Social
I'm not talking about twitter, facebook etc. It's a must to be active there. But you should also register your startup in all the social networks for startups and investors and try to be active in your relevant communities (linkedin, quora, google+...). You can find your customers there!
Design
If you have a great designer in your team, he should be active on Dribbble or Forrstr. This is the best place how to find if your design is good or not and also to attract some early adopters. Don't forget that this probably will not be your customers, but they can recommend you. Also, if you have great design and development, submit your website to CSS galeries like cssmania.com. It can bring you some traffic too.

We moved to the new office at the end of 2013 with Czechgeeks and Pixerience. Now we have an amazing place to work on our great projects that you'll hear about this year!
Last few months are very busy for us in Czechgeeks, Pixerience and blue.point. We’ve never had so many projects as we’re working on right now in our whole history.
We strengthened our team with new people, we are now 36 people (all 3 companies together). All my companies are going to move to the new and much better offices very soon to support creativity and collaboration of our teams.
In Czechgeeks, we’ve prepared a simple CRM system for us. But after a few weeks, we’ve decided to make this app available for everyone, because it’s so simple and nice that we think that you’ll love it! In blue.point, my first company that is working with handicapped people, we’re working on a “Trip advisor for disabled travellers” - Disway. With a great support from Vodafone, it’ll be the best service for all handicapped travelers!
